veggie lasagne with green olives, zucchini, butternut and philadelphia and parmesan cheese

lasagne always seems like a mission to me, but this really isn't. you basically layer everything, including the pasta sheets like you would a potato bake. so slice all your vegetables nice and thin. slices of zucchini, onion, mushrooms, butternut, olives, tinned whole tomatoes, philadelphia, parmesan, lasagne pasta sheet. and you do layer after layer until your dish is full. make sure the top layer has a good coating of philadelphia and parmesan to make it golden. cook at about 200 degrees celcius until everything is soft and delicious. finish with loads of fresh parmesan x
